Are We Solving the Right Climate Problem?

Climate innovation has never been more active. Every year we see new technologies, promising pilot projects, and increased investment in climate action.

Yet many initiatives still struggle to deliver lasting impact.

In my experience, the challenge is often not the innovation itself—it is whether the people, institutions, and systems responsible for implementing it are truly ready.

A technically sound solution can still fail if there is limited institutional capacity, weak coordination, insufficient financing, poor governance, or inadequate community ownership.

Perhaps climate resilience is not only about creating better solutions.

Perhaps it is also about creating better implementation systems.

I'm excited to join this community and learn from researchers, practitioners, and young climate leaders across different countries.

What do you think is the biggest obstacle preventing good climate ideas from creating lasting impact?

I look forward to the discussion. 🌍🌱
